How do I view my account information?
Your account information is viewable when you log in. Use your Username and Password. There you can view your account history, set email alerts, pay for auction items etc.
When will my merchandise be shipped?
The actual merchandise is not shipped to you. Typically, the next business day following your purchase, certificates are mailed from the Eau Claire Square offices to your ship to address. You present the certificate at the vendor's place of business for redemption.

The Fulfill Date is the date of the purchase. It is the date that your credit card was charged and the item was removed from Eau Claire Square inventory.

Can I return something I purchase on Eau Claire Square?
Eau Claire Square offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on almost all merchandise. The exception is for "expired" merchandise. For example, if you purchase tickets to an event and wish to return them PRIOR to the event AND within the 30-day, money-back guarantee period, you will be eligible for a refund. However, if you wish to return the tickets AFTER the event but prior to the 30-day, money-back guarantee period, no refund will be issued. In all cases, the returned certificates or tickets must be in the possession of Eau Claire Square within the 30-day, money-back guarantee period prior to a refund being issued.

How do I get a USERNAME and PASSWORD?
The username and password is obtained at your first checkout. Visit the store, place an item in your basket and when you're ready, click on View Cart at the top of the page. Check to make sure you have the items you want and click the Check Out button. Here you'll be presented with a form to complete. Within this form you will give yourself a username and password. Jot them down so you can check on your account my clicking on the My Account link. On future visits to the site, you can Log In using you username and password.
